The dry laboratories are located adjacent to the wet lab and are equipped salt water supply, fresh water supply, refrigeration, power and office space. The dry lab has four separate rooms available for rent by the day, week, or month.

The concrete and earth vaults are among the strongest and most sustainable forms of construction, using material that was removed during excavation of the building’s cisterns. Earthbag construction is one of the highest insulating forms of construction and rejecting solar heat gain keeping lab spaces cool without the use of air conditioning.
